ANTONIO VISCA ARCHITECT is a small sized architectural practice established in 1992 specialising in architecture, interior design, project management, and construction management. Projects are completed by implementing fast-track principals, heeding specified budgets and time constraints while providing distinct and unique solutions in response to our clients complex requirements. The firm is completely automated employing technologies and software best suited.

Our General Approach

AVA acknowledges that each project is unique in itself. Through meetings with our clients and user groups, we begin to understand the uniqueness of the project and prepare to develop concepts for review. Through our integrated participation with the client and user groups in the early design stages, complex problems are simplified in order to realize creative and cost effect design solutions.

AVA believes that through analysis, planning and project leadership will lead to creative, yet functional structures which respond to environmental concerns, site construction and construction techniques. We are fully dedicated to design and construction excellence. Supported by our technological and construction expertise, projects are defined and evaluated in order to establish and overall scope of services required to develop a framework plan of all components related to a project. This ensures that design, construction, economic factors and maintainability are studied and executed to a successful outcome.
